Description: EKRA printing line includes a semi-automated screen printer (EKRA E2E2) for printing on flat substrates. For curing of inks, a SPS Technoscreen conveyer belt is available with the ability to cure with UV. Separate oven available for curing using heat. Krüss mobile surface analyzer available upon request for rapid inspection of surface free energy of substrates.
Specifications: The maximum print area for the EKRA is A3 size. The minimum feature size is around 100 µm and the alignment accuracy is ±50 μm.
