Description: The device used to make prints with the aerosol jet printing technique. First, the ink is change to a form of mist, then through specific orifice and cones is deposited on the substrate to form paths and patterns. Pneumatic or ultrasonic atomization system can be used. System allows the use of heterophasic inks used in printed electronics.
Specifications:
- Ultrasonic or pneumatic atomization process.
- Typical printing speed 2 mm/min.
- Path width 20 um – 100 um.
- Printing range 30 cm x 30 cm.
