Equipment: WITec alpha300 R
Technique: Confocal UV Raman Microscopy
Description:
The UV confocal Raman microscope is an advanced method to acquire chemical and phase compositions, texture, phase transitions, residual stresses and structural information non- destructively with a resolution down to the optical diffraction limit (~ 200 nm). It is possible to analyse the distribution of different phases from the sample surface and inside of transparent samples including 3D information.
