Equipment: LQ-100X
Technique:ELQE (Electroluminescence quantum efficiency) and PLQY (Photoluminescence quantum yield) measurements
Description:
The LQ-100X system is capable of ELQE (Electroluminescence quantum efficiency) and PLQY (Photoluminescence quantum yield) measurements. It is equipped with an integrating sphere, a multichannel spectrometer, high sensitivity single-photon PMT (Photomultiplier tubes), an excitation light source and a controller for absolute PLQY measurements. LQ-100 provides high flexibility for research purposed luminance quantum efficiency measurement, which covers high dynamic luminance range or low brightness. The spectrometer covers 350 ~ 1100 nm, including LEDs at near-ultraviolet, visible & near- infrared. The LASER provides stable & power-controllable output to fulfill PLQY measurements. The measurement software supports all luminance quantum efficiency & characteristic parameters such as luminous flux, quantum efficiency, luminous intensity, luminance, color coordinate, LIV scan, light decay records, etc.
