Description: The special feature of this mixing principle is the double rotation of the mixing bowl. The combination of the centrifugal forces acting at different levels enables an extremely efficient mixing process, which is characterized by a homogeneous result without the use of mixing tools.

The Hauschild SpeedMixer® is a laboratory and production mixer. It is suitable for extremely diversified applications and is able to mix in seconds. Almost any type of material in any consistency can be efficiently mixed, dispersed or ground, such as liquid, paste, powder, solid and emulsions.

The optimized mechanical design of the Hauschild SpeedMixer® enables almost 100% degassing during the mixing process. Even the smallest microbubbles are removed. An additional degassing cycle is not required. The Hauschild SpeedMixer® vacuum series is available for complete deaeration. Programmable cycles ensure an absolutely identical, reproducible mixture for each batch and lead to a considerable acceleration of the development process.

By mixing in a closed container, the chemical pollution of the room air is reduced to a minimum. The Hauschild SpeedMixer® mixes in disposable cups without a mixing tool. This means that cleaning and the additional use of chemicals can be completely dispensed with.
