Description: Advanced equipment for electrical characterization of materials, components, devices and circuits in ESD protected area (EPA). Different techniques can be applied for evaluation of resistive, dielectric, ferroelectric and semiconducting materials and devices, for example current-voltage (I-V), capacitance-voltage (C-V), pulsed I-V, impedance spectroscopy, dielectric breakdown, polarization-electric field (P-E), etc.
