Description: Versatile electro-optical characterization of devices at different light intensities. Automatic characterization of current-voltage curves and the EQE spectrum

Specifications:

  • Compatibility with substrates as large as 15×15 cm2
  • Automatic positioning and contacting of single devices
  • Current-voltage measurements of devices at different illumination intensities:
    • Dark condition
    • White light with approx. 1 sun
    • White light with reduced intensity
  • Measurements of the external quantum efficiency spectrum
    • Wavelength range: 350 – 1100 nm
    • Absolute measurements possible
